Frequently asked questions

When do German companies need e-invoices?
Receiving e-invoices in B2B has been required since 2025, and issuing them becomes mandatory in stages until 2028. We set up XRechnung or ZUGFeRD in your current tools.
What if a system has no API?
We look for export interfaces first. If there is nothing, a software robot (RPA) can work with the old system, see Automation.
