Has led T-Matrix since it was founded in 2017. Responsible for the company and for the commitments it makes, including our EU AI pledges.

Technology Lead
Leads engineering and AI across all T-Matrix projects and products, including HyperSale and Stellwerk.
How the work is split.
AI agents do a large part of the routine work. People make the decisions, talk to clients and approve releases.
People
Talk to clients, decide what to build, review code, approve texts and releases.
AI agents
Draft code, tests, texts and translations. Each agent has its own key and a spending limit.
Approval
Deploys, payments and outgoing mail wait for a human. Every step is logged.
We run our own agents on Stellwerk, the same control desk we offer to clients.
