Labelling under the AI Act

Under the EU AI Act (Art. 50, from 2 August 2026) AI-generated content needs a machine-readable mark, and deepfakes need a visible label. In our orders we are the ones generating the content, so we add the labels ourselves and build them into the file. We follow the EU Code of Practice on marking AI-generated content. Real faces and voices only with written consent.

Frequently asked questions

Is AI music legal to use commercially?
Yes, if the AI service holds licences for its training data. In 2026 a Munich court ruled for GEMA against Suno: training on protected music without a licence infringes copyright. That is why we use licensed services only and give you the rights in writing.

Does AI music need a label?
